Cappuccino and Marcy’s Gluten Free Pumpkin bars

So my Honey asked me what I was going to do with the tastfully displayed, 2019 Fall pie pumpkins in the basket. “Compost”, I mentioned. He gave me that disapproving look. So this week I tested my gluten free crust with pumpkin pie filling and made Pumpkin bites for my 4-Legged Buddie. I am pleased with outcome. Honey and I had three for dessert, Honey got one in his lunch the next day, and 4-Legged Buddie has had several bites. Next test is with my clients on Friday.
