Marcy’s Pepperoni Rolls

I made my first pepperoni roll Winter 2020 and it was too bready. As my free time allowed and many bakes later I think I got it.

The origins of the Pepperoni Roll dates back before the Depression. Most searches give Giuseppe “Joseph” Argiro and his Country Club Bakery in Fairmont, West Virginia for the idea and origin. The roll fit the needs of our hard working miners who powered the United States forward.

My Pepperoni Roll is on my menu now. I want to thank all my family and clients who help test my new item.
