I am an independent home baker and bake in my domesticated kitchen. I have always been interested in breads and flours and launched my business with the Yager’s farmers market in 2017. I bake for my regular clients and have openings for new clients. I also am one of the vendors at Florence Farmers Market in Florence, Oregon and Florence Winter Market. My ingredients are mostly organic and local as I can find. My sourdough breads are mixed, raised, and baked in six hours the day before delivery. My raisin bread, rolls, and cinnamon rolls, have a 24-hours cold rise which gives a better texture and taste. My other popular items are gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, gluten-free brownies, and gluten-free biscotti which are also baked within 24-hours.

Thursday after 3:00 pm are my deliveries to my Florence clients’ homes and businesses for a $2 fee.

The next Pickup Tuesday is the 2nd and 4th Tuesday months. Online opens the Wednesday before.
